These Terms of Sale govern the sale of beat licenses (digital audio files) and merchandise related to Nemura Production. All transactions are processed entirely by third-party platforms, as detailed below — nemura-production.com does not process payments, handle checkout, or store any transaction or financial data itself.
All beat listening and purchasing happens through the embedded BeatStars player (Blaze Player) on this site, or directly on BeatStars. Licenses (e.g. Basic / Premium / Exclusive), pricing, payment, and file delivery are entirely managed by BeatStars. BeatStars' own Terms of Service govern the transaction, delivery, and any licensing dispute. Nemura Production has no access to and does not store payment details or transaction records — these are held solely by BeatStars.
Merchandise (e.g. apparel) is sold through Nemura Production's Bandcamp page, or via direct order as indicated on this site. Where sold via Bandcamp, payment, order processing, and shipping are handled entirely by Bandcamp under its own Terms of Use. Nemura Production does not store payment or financial data related to these purchases.
Under French consumer law (Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered immediately after purchase with the consumer's explicit agreement, nor to personalized products. For merchandise ordered directly (not via Bandcamp), standard withdrawal rights apply — contact contact@nemura-production.com.
Purchasing a beat license does not transfer full copyright ownership: the rights granted depend strictly on the license purchased on BeatStars. Nemura Production retains all rights not explicitly transferred.
For any dispute related to a BeatStars or Bandcamp transaction, that platform's own dispute resolution process applies first. For any other matter, an amicable solution will be sought via contact@nemura-production.com; failing that, the competent courts will be those of France.
